By authorizing repairs at Blaize Bimmer Cavern, you agree to the following terms:

Service Authorization

You authorize Blaize Bimmer Cavern to inspect, diagnose, and perform repairs as agreed upon. Additional work beyond the estimate requires customer approval.

Estimates & Payment

Repair estimates are provided before work begins.

Final costs may vary due to unforeseen issues or additional required parts/labor.

Full payment is due upon completion of repairs. Accepted payment methods include cash, CashApp, PayPal, debit/credit cards

Parts & Warranty

New, used, or aftermarket parts may be used based on availability and customer preference.

If parts are supplied from Blaize Bimmer Cavern's stock, a surcharge may be applied depending on the part. This will be disclosed before finalizing the repair.

Repairs are warrantied for 90 days, covering defects in parts and workmanship. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, neglect, or subsequent repairs by others.

Towing Services

Customers may request to have their vehicle towed to Blaize Bimmer Cavern for repairs or scheduled appointments.

Towing services will incur an additional charge, which varies based on location. Customers will be informed of the cost before towing is arranged.

The customer must have at least liability insurance to utilize the towing service. Blaize Bimmer Cavern is not responsible for any damages occurring during transit by third-party towing providers.

Liability & Vehicle Storage

The shop is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Vehicles left beyond 3 business days after repair completion may incur storage fees.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes must be addressed directly with Blaize Bimmer Cavern. If unresolved, arbitration may be required before legal action.
